Returns & Cancellation Policy
We want your experience with clusterkart.com to be as perfect as possible. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition within 7 days from the time of receipt. Below are a few extra details to keep in mind to make sure you get your refund.
- Items must be returned completely unused and must be in the original packaging and tag.
- An unboxing video is required to claim handling damages by our delivery partner.
ClusterKart reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used and is not in its original packaging.
We strongly recommend that you use an insured and recorded delivery service for returns and retain your proof of sending, as we will not accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.
For all refunds we will refund the amount to the same mode of payment as used during checkout.
Please contact our customer service personnel before going ahead with any return. They will guide you regarding the rules, applicability, process, and logistics. Customers need to produce the original invoice, and the items should be returned in their original packaging.
Cancellation policy:
If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, he will be entitled to a 100% refund. In case the product is shipped, then the policy as mentioned above will be applicable.
