We take great care in delivering your products to you through reputed courier service providers like India Post, Blue Dart, DTDC, etc. Most of the products are shipped from our ClusterKart warehouse in India; however, very few items are also directly shipped from our vendors.

If you believe that the packaging of the product is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery and call us on 9986048843/9819172913. We will make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you as soon as possible.

Shipping Locations:

We deliver our products across all locations in India.

Clusterkart.com is not currently shipping items internationally. However, you are welcome to make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world, provided that the shipping address is within India.

Shipping Time:

All products are handmade with care after receiving the order. We follow lean manufacturing to provide the best quality products at affordable prices. We make every effort to process your order within 2-5 working days after placing it. We will let you know if your order is delayed for any reason.

In major metro cities, delivery typically takes 1-4 working days once the order is shipped. For other locations, however, delivery may take a few extra days. For certain remote geographies, delivery may even take more than 5 days.

We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags caused by courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
